I wish, but this is not going to happen. Card games have tons of images. Hiring artists to work on the project would reallistically run over $100.000, which is not realistic for me to spend. Image generation is the only reason I can make the game at all. I'm trying to better myself to give it the polish it needs. I completely understand if this isn't your jam, but an indie doesn't have the same constraints as a major company.
Just finished all the new beryl stuff on the site super fun personally I do feel like beryl is definitely on the stronger side of the 4 but the boss still did put up a great challenge and the companions were fun as well of figuring which one worked best with the playtime of the deck I know I've said this before in another message but once again Great Game
Beryl is stronger at the moment for sure. More balance changes are coming to balance things out between characters, reduce frustrating moments and make sure all synergies are as equally viable. For instance quake is a bit too strong right now. Also thank you!
Love the game! Solid gameplay and fun overall. Two questions: Is there a way to see the card arts change without having to go to traits and level up/down card level? Its really tedious because you have to refresh the page every time you go up. Second, is there any chance of getting a third growth sequence? I know they're legacy content, but the sequences are one of my favorite parts.
You can see card arts in the gallery. When zooming on one, you should have the option to select other ranks for that card (the button is hard to see rn). Also I want to work more on making the growth aspect feel good. The growth sequences were dropped when the level system changed to be more gradual, and I focused my work on adding more content and gameplay elements, but this is now a priority (although it'll not necessarily come in the same shape as legacy growth sequences exactly)
My only gripe is that there wasn’t any extra scenes after beating Maze pwr 2, I grinded the boss for 15 hours in endless attempts and then there was nothing no story conclusion no nothing
Right now, the game is aimed around you reaching the end of the story content, and the end of Maze 2 acts more like a bonus challenge for now. More balance changes should be coming soon, and content will keep getting added.
Hi, Release costs 1 mana, the damage is computed after the card has been paid. (yeah you can attack reanimating skeletons for now, doesn't do shit. Will be removed eventually but engine limitation for now)
Hey, do you plan on giving any of the story bosses a playable side story? Cuz some of them like the boss (pearl’s path) has a very cool workaholic ability amongst other bosses.
Great game so far finished it with beryl and amber in the public version can't wait for the next update for more levels once again can't say enough how great of a game this is
can you give us an update so like we can fight story bosses after defeating them for the first time like a boss raid? You can make it have lower rewards than the original fight, I don’t mind, I just want to fight them more than once.
i may be misunderstanding something, but on this page it says pearl goes up to level 6 and doesnt say anything about patreon being required, yet in the game her max level is still 3. what's the deal with that?
It's been a couple times I got the question now, gonna add a message to make it clear, but the level is capped by story progression. You should see a "duel" button in the main menu allowing you to go to a story fight; beat it to uncap your level.
Dude, add autopick items, theres times I accidently touch again "Next room button" and I Lost them because my device didn't load nothing and just throws me to Next room, make Next room button be instead a "pick all items" and then let's go

Then I want to make updates to add sexy and fetish content, including in the public version (those are general updates public from the start). After that I'm going to add more content, and the previous early-access content is going to become public.
Good stuff. Honestly, I just keep coming back for the gameplay lol, finished all the upgrades a good while ago, can't wait for more difficult dungeons!
I am aware of some images being hard to load at times on some devices, this is a downside of an online game. I have updates I want to finish but I want to optimize a few things
I love this game so far and am excited to see where it goes!
That being said, there are a few monsters that feel pretty overtuned in comparison to the rest of the roster. The nothisaur (I think that's how its spelled) makes me feel so helpless in the second phase with just how many poison hexes it puts in my deck. The red dragon simply deals way too much damage imo. Finally, the dragon golem resummoning its minions feels like too much.
Hopefully my criticism is constructive in the end. I do genuinely like this game and appreciate the time and care put into it. The mechanics and systems are overall well thought-out and engaging.
on second floor there is one enemy right before fountain Witch doctor or Witch shaman (i forgot name). i feel like she's stronger than boss of that floor, mostly it's debuff that deals 10 dmg for every attack and it can't be blocked by shield.
Yes, unfortunately the whole progression system has been reworked so save files don't transfer over, but now you got meta-progression and better ways to spend those resources
As a Slay the Spire player. Damn i ended up playing this game more because of the same mechanics and such rather than the fetish stuff. Like i wasn't even mad there were few sequences, i actually enjoyed playing a bit and may keep going until i get all sequences.
The AI art is a little of a bummer for me but still appreciate everything else.

Out of curiosity, how many levels do you plan for each girl to have?
I don't know for sure. I'll wrap things up when I feel like it, but multiple additionnal story arcs are planned for each.
I hope eventually, that you'll work alongside an artist to help make this game feel finished

The Sunbriar cards extra effect doesn't trigger off of the thornsilk weaver relic. I don't use discord so I figured I'd just report it here.

Save files use a custom format, I make sure they're compatible between versions!
suggestion, please add an upgrade to make some to the scalable artifacts upgradable, some just become useless once you hit the higher levels.

Assuming you're in the UK, a recent regulation change made the image host I was using not available in that region. Working on fixing the issue.

I think Beryl it's a very SFW mode, if you would Stream It you shouldn't be banned at least you change the maze rank to lvl 2

tips for the lumberjack boss
How do I increase Maze Power? It's stuck at level 1 for me, and I already beat the final boss (the stone dragon) a couple of times.

I love this game! huge fan of deck builders and this one is loads of fun.
(idk if my computer is just bugging or not but alot of the art for ruby is missing. not just the card art but also the level 2 ruby character.)
Not a huge fan of the use of the AI art but having a fun game is more important and I feel like you nailed that.

Every enemy has its strength and weaknesses, for this one, you neeed more block or non attack cards for these turns, then i can become way easie
